1. Agreement
These Terms are between you and Secret Sauce OÜ (registry code 17395646), Tallinn, Estonia. By using Dklaro you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Acceptable Use Policy, and Subscription Terms.
2. Service
Dklaro provides invoicing, e-invoicing integrations, expense tracking, and related tools for businesses operating in Estonia and internationally.
3. Accounts & data
You must provide accurate company details (including registry code and VAT number where applicable). You retain ownership of your data and are responsible for invoice content and tax compliance under Estonian and EU law.
4. E-invoicing & compliance
Where enabled, e-invoice features integrate with third-party systems such as RIK e-arveldaja. You are responsible for verifying submissions meet current legal requirements. Dklaro does not replace professional accounting or legal advice.
5. Fees
Subscription terms apply as set out at /ee/en/legal/subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc..
6. Liability
We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Our liability is limited to direct damages up to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except where limited by mandatory Estonian consumer or data protection law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Consumer disputes may also be resolved through the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) where applicable.
